Our attendance goal is 500 educators and administrators from across the state.
We continue to keep our exhibitor rates affordable allowing you to maximize your dollars with great exposure. We hope you take this opportunity to reach our attendees who always look forward to learning the latest innovations and techniques in teaching and learning.
As always, we offer our exhibitors who have been granted non-profit status a discount on exhibit space.
This year, as NCSTA celebrates our 55th year, we will continue to provide designated times for our attendees to gather in the exhibit area for door prize drawings and our “Spin a Wheel” event. We appreciate your help in providing us with contributions toward our special events during the conference.
We provide the additional opportunity of promoting your company’s product by offering a limited number of commercial sessions at the rate of $125 per session. You must be an exhibitor in order to reserve your presentation space. All commercial sessions are clearly listed in all promotional material as “commercial” presentations. Deadline for presentation submission is June 30, 2024.
