Do you know any Middle or High Schoolers who would be interested in talking to various researchers, professors, or other STEM professionals? If so, keep reading below! Our first session is tomorrow 4/15 at noon!
The Museum's Youth Programs team would like to invite students to join a new program called Professional Previews. These are informal conversations with researchers, professors, and other STEM professionals with the goal of being able to have these new friends as contacts in the future. There will be a range of pre-formulated questions ranging from professional to personal, and the registration form has a place for students to ask their own questions. We hope that students will unmute and personally join the conversation as well!
The sessions will occur every Thursday from 4/15 to 7/1 at alternating starting times of 12pm and 3:30pm. The topics are listed on the registration link but keep in mind that students are able to register up to two weeks in advance. Registration is capped at 25 participants as it is pretty hard to have a conversion with more than 25 people at once! Click this link to register! https://tinyurl.com/ncmns-yp-pp
