How can we cultivate hope in our students through the sharing of solutions? Join climate and energy educators for a discussion of the book Hope Matters with author Elin Kelsey, PhD, as we reflect on how we teach about energy, climate change and other pressing environmental issues and consider how the book inspires us to transform our approach to teaching these topics. Teachers from the NC Energy Literacy Fellows Program and the former NC CLIMATE Fellows Program will co-host this conversation.
Elin Kelsey, PhD is an advocate for sharing science-based stories of hope and transforming the narrative of environmental doom and gloom to inspire children and adults. To learn more visit https://www.elinkelsey.org/
